Returns

We want your SANDMARCED gear to work the way you shoot. Unused products purchased on this website can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

  1. Email support@sandmarced.com or call +1 (555) 019-2854 with your order number before you ship anything.
  2. We will send a return authorization and the correct warehouse address.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging. Shipping charges on buyer's-remorse returns are non-refundable.

Faulty products

If an item develops a fault inside our lifetime warranty, use the Warranty page instead of a standard return.
